The Connection between Nguyen Van Duong and Phan Sao Nam – Leaders of the Billion-Dollar Rikvip Gambling Ring

Phan Sao Nam, a prominent entrepreneur and politician, has made significant contributions to the development of the entertainment industry and serves as the Chairman of the Vietnam Lottery Company (Vietlott). He is also known as the leader of the billion-dollar Rikvip gambling network. In 2016, Phan Sao Nam played a pivotal role in enabling Vietlott to become one of the first companies authorized to operate large-scale lotteries in Vietnam. With its modern business model, advanced lottery technology, and attractive prizes, Vietlott quickly gained attention and support from a large number of players.

Furthermore, Phan Sao Nam is a successful investor and owns multiple businesses in various sectors such as commerce, real estate, and entertainment. However, he has also been accused of involvement in an illegal gambling case associated with the online betting platform Rikvip. Currently, he awaits trial to resolve this matter.

Nguyen Van Duong and Phan Sao Nam are both infamous crime bosses in Vietnam. However, the extent of Nguyen Van Duong’s connection to Phan Sao Nam is yet to be officially confirmed by authorities.

Both Phan Sao Nam and Nguyen Van Duong are regarded as the masterminds behind the billion-dollar Rikvip/Tiệm bài game gambling network, which caused a significant uproar in the public. However, the official confirmation of their involvement with the Rikvip platform is still pending from the relevant authorities.

Previously, the Rikvip platform, one of the largest gambling groups discovered in Vietnam’s history, was dismantled by law enforcement. This case, involving hundreds of billions of Vietnamese dong, stirred intense public debate. Currently, both individuals are under investigation and facing trial for their involvement in other illicit gambling cases.

According to some sources, Nguyen Van Duong is being deported from the United States back to Vietnam due to his alleged involvement in illegal gambling activities. The ongoing investigation and trial continue in relation to these charges.

If convicted, Nguyen Van Duong could face severe penalties and a prison sentence ranging from 10 to 20 years. However, the exact duration of his imprisonment is yet to be determined and awaits official information from the legal authorities.
